Finnish Markka ^[FIM]

A unified group for all mid-century denominations minted prior to the 1963 currency redenomination. Moving entirely to stylized, geometric designs and national harmony motifs, this period features a mix of lightweight base metals for daily trade and silver issues for high-value denominations.

First series of the second Markka (1963–1990) featuring heraldic and nature designs.

The final Markka series (1990–2001) featuring stylized wildlife before the Euro.
